"When we focus our energy towards constructing a passionate, meaningful life, we are tossing a pebble into the world, creating a beautiful ripple effect of inspiration. When one person follows a dream, tries something new or takes a daring leap, everyone nearby feels that energy, and before too long they are making their own daring leaps and inspiring yet another circle."

I most definitely did not know YKK and I won't remember it but thank God I finally know what it is...believe it or not I had wondered about YKK a lot! xoxo
You are sooooo sweet!
I knew about the pencil ( I have to teach that one!...someone once asked, and they get crabby if I say " I dont know"), but I LOVE being enlightened about the zipper...now, if only they would ask me that when I go on Jeopardy to win my million bucks! heee
xo
well I don't know ... but very cool close-ups :)
I love the Macros!!!! Beautiful... I will be one of your crown-ies :)
I laughed at myself for never checking what YKK meant...After years of seeing it...
Thank goodness for Google!
From Fun Trivia {.com} "YKK was founded in Japan as a zipper manufacturing company in 1934 by Tadao (pronounced in English as Tah-dah-o) Yoshida. In the early years, Mr. Yoshida's company carried his name; it was called Yoshida Kogyo Kabushikikaisha--or "YKK" for short. (That long Japanese name translates roughly into English as "Yoshida Company Limited.") Over the years, the letters "YKK" were stamped onto the zippers' pull tabs, and thus YKK became known as the Company's trademark."
I hope this helps your chances on Jeopardy Kerin! Don't Forget me... :)
