Strong and Proud

Strong

Last night I went to the gym...

I walked in on jittery legs...Nerves, I guess.

With an old {from 2008 when I went to the gym everyday...} workout planned in my notebook.
A leg routine. A very hard and heavy leg routine.
And I did it. I did it well.
I was dripping with sweat...
I haven't lost much in strength but have in endurance.
I need to get strong...Very strong.
I am not sure what my plans are for the the future, but if a trade is in there, I want to be known as the girl who can lift as much {or more than} the guys...
And so it has started.

I walked out on proud jittery legs...Exhaustion, I know.

What is happening with you? Any end of summer plans?
xo

ps. I also missed the last bus and had to walk home on those jittery legs! :)

That's great Andrea! I have been doing yoga this summer and hopefully I'll continue with it throughout the fall and winter. Have you decided which trade you would like to do? Xo's

My plans are to 1. enjoy every last minute of sun with my boys before school starts and 2. now that the sun is starting to come out, start walking as much as possible (I enjoy it, but hate rain & drizzle!).

No plans... I hate them! Every time something happens, and then I hate myself... I just live day after the day :)) And no jittering legs...
