Dear Gravity,

I know I may not be the first to ask...but would you be so kind as to slack off just a little? I know, I know, You've greater things to concern yourself with; Like keeping the Earth together, etc. etc. Just think, with lightening up on me you'd reduce your work load! Do not worry, your reputation is sound, no one would dare call you a slacker. Though I suspect you would be inundated with similar requests from most of the population. If you do it for One...You'd have to do it for All...
Please seriously consider my request before disregarding it.
